Security Policies
The Security tab in the Compliance Center allows you to manage various login and sign-up options available in Serenity* AI Hub.
All policies described below apply to every user in your organization.
Allow Registration by Email Domain
If your organization is registered in Serenity* AI Hub with a corporate email, this option lets you control whether new users can register automatically.
When enabled, any user with an email ending in @yourcompanyemail.com can register independently, without administrative intervention. These users will be automatically added to your organization.
If disabled, all new users must be manually added by a Backoffice User Administrator or Tenant Administrator. To add users manually, go to Settings > Backoffice Users.
Require Two-Factor Authentication
When enabled, all users in your organization must log in using an authenticator method. Upon activation, users will be prompted to configure their authentication method and will not be able to access any platform features until setup is complete.
Enforce Social Login Only
This option allows users in your organization to log in to Serenity* AI Hub using Social Login methods only. When enabled, you must select at least one provider: Microsoft, Google, or Github.
Enable Social Login Options
You can choose which authentication providers are available for users in your organization. Select any combination of Microsoft, Google, or Github. If all providers are disabled, users can only log in using email and password.
Secure Link
When enabled, users can access their accounts using a secure, passwordless login method.
